My client is a world class company; they require a SAP SUPPORT APPLICATION MANAGER. You'll be the intermediary between functional owners & the SAP support team in relation to development, implementation and support of SAP functionality. You must ensure the SAP system is meetings the needs of the business. The role entails incident management, route cause analysis, SAP change management, feasibility studies, managing 6 support consultants, QA; prioritise requests, assisting with functional and technical specs 4etc. To qualify for the role you must have 3+ years SAP SUPPORT MANAGEMENT expertise gained @ a leading company. You must have 3+ years Euro experience in an English speaking environment. All applicants must be confident, well educated, smart, with excellent people, communication (A1 ENGLISH WRITTEN & ORAL) presentation skills. You must have achieved a steady progressive permanent career at blue chip companies. Our client will not sponsor work permits.
